SimpleKeysVoice is a full-screen AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) letter board for iPad. Tap letters to spell out what you want to say, then tap Speak — the app reads it aloud in a clear, natural voice.
Designed from the ground up for adults recovering from dysarthria, stroke, ALS, or other conditions that affect speech. Large buttons, high contrast, and zero clutter. No learning curve. Just letters and a speaker.

SimpleKeysVoice is for literate adults who have the words in their head but cannot easily get them out. It is not designed for children or for symbol-based communication. It is designed to be fast, readable, and reliable — in a hospital room, at a family dinner, or anywhere else.
